Tecno I7 high end version of tecno i3 in the i-series of tecno smartphones. From the specs of phone in this it seems this is going to be tecno’s next line of high end smartphones like the phantom-series.The naming of this phone reminds me of naming convention used by intel their processors where we have core i3, i5 and i7, but it seems tecno skipped i5. In this post we’ll take a closer look at the features, specs and price of this smartphone.

This latest tecno phone features a 5.5-inch IPS full high definition (HD) screen with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels. Coupled with this is a 16MP front camera which is capable of taking amazing looking selfie photos both in low and  lighted areas with the support LED flash, while the rear or primary camera is 13MP capable of shooting HD photos and videos at up to 30fps.

Another interesting feature of this phone is the design, just like in tecno i3, the i7 version has the metallic luster and unibody design including a front phone button with fingerprint sensor for added security and easy accessing of the phones features.

Tecno boasts the 4000mAh battery on this and the tecnology that its built with the phone. Tecno i7 battery is said to features a fast charging capability (80% of battery after one hour of charge and 24 hour usage from a 5minutes charge), mind blowing right!. Well most a times, in real usage we rarely get up to that. But, if it performs as stated then this is going to be my best tecno phone ever.  

Now, lets talk about the performance and storage of this phone. With tecno i7 you dont have to be clearing your recent task to free memory for apps, the 4GB of ram that is packed into this phone will sure give the needed space for the most demanding apps in term of memory. Thats the part of multitasking, now in terms of performance tecno i7 is loaded with a 1.5GHz octa-core processor for handling apps and games with speed.
